15 minutes of your consultation will be dedicated to analyzing your nutrition and coming up with the best possible action plan for you as an individual. We cover all aspects of consumption such as, solids, liquids, supplementation and medication.
We start the process by analysing your nutritional intake for an average day or week. We then delve further and advise clients what we believe is the most nutritious and energy efficient way to fuel their body, with regards to their body type.
Different nutritional advise will be given out to each client depending on their goals, specific sport or body type. For example, Anerobic and aerobic athletes may be instructed to fuel their body differently, to receive similar body composition outcomes. On the other hand, A client with zero training background may have a short term goal to lose ‘X’ amount of body fat, but does not care if their nutritional schedule hinders their performance in the gym, as performance is not their desired goal.
To perform to the best of your ability it is essential that you’re well hydrated and not malnourished. Behind every fitness success is a good nutritious schedule.
