I have been going to DC Studio’s now for 5 years. Approaching your sixties and now into my sixties muscles had stopped being used and general fitness was going. But attending Dale’s sessions had reversed all that, I feel much healthier and fitter. The programs are good and varied and the coaching through them excellent.

After previous poor experiences with personal trainers, I’ve found Dale to be a great motivational, focused and experienced trainer. He can provide adaptable, fun workouts to accommodate injury and medical conditions and is always supportive whilst holding you accountable on your health or fitness journey.

Since training at DC Studios, I’m fitter, stronger and happier. They provide nutritional advice alongside training to ensure you get the most out of their sessions and I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement quickly. They’re friendly and professional and I couldn’t think of training anywhere else.

Definitely recommend DC studios, he’s on hand for help and advice when ever it’s needed, he really puts me at ease with my training and that’s important to me, I enjoy every session and always feel like I’ve achieved something
